Calvary’s auction is a celebration of our school’s mission and impact in the Kansas City community. This event takes place each fall, bringing together church and school families, Calvary alumni and other school supporters. The goal of the event is simple: to make top-quality Christian education possible for all students while keeping tuition rates low. The proceeds of the auction go directly to Calvary’s K-8 program and Early Education Center.
While the purpose of Calvary’s auction is serious, the event is all about FUN! Guests enjoy some of the best food in Kansas City and exciting entertainment by local musicians and performers. Guests can also purchase fantastic items in the silent and live auctions, ranging from art pieces created by our school children to sports memorabilia, crafts, gift baskets, cooking classes and even vacation packages. There’s truly something for everyone at the Calvary auction.
Call for Donations
Are you an artist, photographer or crafter who would be willing to donate a piece of your work to the auction? Do you have connections to local businesses that can donate gift certificates or products? Would you be willing to make a financial donation to help offset the cost of the event? If so, we want to hear from you! Please contact us online or call our school office at (816) 595-4020.
Call for Volunteers
Calvary’s auction committee forms in the spring. If you’d like to volunteer, call our school office at (816) 595-4020. As we draw closer to the 2018 auction in the fall, we’ll request additional volunteers to help with setup, serving the meal, running the silent auction and cleanup. Many hands make light work, so please consider volunteering.
