Calvary Lutheran School is growing in Kansas City, and we would love to welcome you and your children into our school family. If you are ready to begin the enrollment process at Calvary, please follow the steps below.
Enrollment Steps
Step #1: Schedule a Tour
Meet with the Director of the Early Education Center and tour our facilities.

Step #2: Complete the Application
Complete Calvary’s Early Education Center application after your tour. A Praxi login is required, please contact us for assistance.
Step # 3: Submit Payment
Submit the non-refundable application fee and the first week’s tuition to the school office at either our Oak Campus or Wornall Campus.
Your application is not complete until both the application fee and the first week’s tuition have been received by the school office.
After You Apply
Join Waiting List
If a program is currently full and you wish to be placed on the waiting list, you must still complete the online application and submit the application fee plus the first week’s tuition.
Stay in Touch
After submitting your application, please contact the office periodically with updates. Once your baby is born, notify us of your child’s name and date of birth. Enrollment details will be provided as availability allows.
Review Tuition Information
Review Early Education Center tuition information for weekly rates, which vary based on your child’s age.
Enrollment Review and Placement
Applications are reviewed as openings become available. Placement is prioritized based on the child’s birthdate and the following criteria, in order:
- Members of Calvary Lutheran Church, families of staff, and currently enrolled siblings
- Members of other Missouri Synod Lutheran churches
- Families with no church membership
- Members of other churches
